Collaboration and New Approaches in Pedagogical Research

On December 4, 2025, a scientific-practical meeting on the topic “Pedagogical Research: Collaboration and New Approaches” was held at the Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature in cooperation with the Qori Niyoziy National Institute of Educational Pedagogy. The event was opened by Professor Saodat Mukhamedova, head of the Department of Uzbek Language Teaching Methodology. She spoke about innovative approaches in pedagogical research, the impact of scientific collaboration on the educational process, and the prospects of joint initiatives.

The opening lecture was delivered by Kholboy Ibragimov, Director of the Qori Niyoziy National Institute of Educational Pedagogy, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and academician. He analyzed pressing issues in modern pedagogy and proposed a number of practical solutions.

Professor Shukrullo Mardonov offered recommendations on the scientific style of dissertation texts, adherence to orthographic norms, and the elimination of common errors encountered in research. In addition, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Abduhalim Mahmudov provided detailed information on the requirements for formalizing the methodological apparatus in scientific studies, typical mistakes found in existing dissertations, and ways to correct them.

        

Jamoliddin Fazilov, a researcher at the institute and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, focused on issues of academic ethics in pedagogical research and shared his views on the role of scientific standards and requirements in the research process. After the presentations, a question-and-answer session was held, during which the experts provided comprehensive answers to all participants’ questions.

        

The event was attended by the faculty members of the Department of Uzbek Language and its Teaching Methodology, doctoral candidates, independent researchers, and master’s students specializing in Uzbek language and literature. The scientific-practical meeting proved to be rich in content and practically beneficial for the participants, who followed it with great interest.

At the end of the event, the Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature and the Qori Niyoziy National Institute of Educational Pedagogy agreed to continue holding such collaborative meetings on a regular basis.
