Pursuant to Instruction Letter No. 10-2311 of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
September 4, 2026, the task was set to widely promote the key ideas and initiatives outlined in the President’s address at the official ceremony marking the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence.
As part of this assignment, a seminar dedicated to the key messages and substance of the President’s address was held at the Qori Niyoziy National Institute of Pedagogy and Character Education on September 8, 2026.
The seminar was conducted by Kholboy Ibraimov, Director of the Qori Niyoziy National Institute of Pedagogy and Character Education, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Academician. Thematic materials were presented during the event. To ensure the effective implementation of the tasks outlined in the President’s address, the Institute’s professors and researchers were given specific instructions concerning the implementation of the relevant action points.
